Within Aseana City's vicinity, a number of key locators have chosen to establish their brands. These are retail warehouse giant Pricesmart, One-stop-shop, Aseana Powerstation and DFA Passport Plaza,the Department of Foreign Affairs' newest processing center. Another crucial anchor to the development of the project is Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp's (PAGCOR) Las Vegas-type development, PAGCOR Entertainment City.
PAGCOR E-City is a sixty (60) hectare project envisioned to be the entertainment capital of Asia. It will house hotels, casinos, convention centers, and an amusement park. to date, the project is currently under construction and two casinos are scheduled to open in 2012.

Aseana Two is the second BPO project inside Aseana City. It will have 15,000 sqm of Gross Floor Area. Like Aseana One, Aseana Two will have VRF Airconditioning, 100% Back-up power and retail on the ground floor area. Construction commenced Feb 2013 and will be ready for occupancy on the second quarter of 2014.
This 18-storey residential condominium is strategically located in between the SM Mall of Asia Complex, Aseana City, and the soon-to-rise Pagcor Entertainment City—the country’s future mecca for entertainment, shopping and gaming.
The project will rise above a 5,800 sqm lot in Aseana City and will feature three events pavilions with a total capacity of 1,000 guests at any given time. Ford will develop a 2,300 sqm facility in Aseana City as its 7th Metro Manila location, Ford hopes to market its products and service to its southern market. Expected project completion is 2nd quarter of 2013.
Aseana One is the first of four commercial projects in the company’s flagship development, Aseana City. It is a 12-storey office project, with 20,000sqm gross floor area, designed to specifically cater to the Business Process Outsourcing industry.
Among its key features are 100% back-up power, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) Air-conditioning, higher allowances and redundancies of utilities per square meter, and space planning flexibility which can attract both traditional corporate office and BPO tennants. With 4 residential towers and two hotel anchors (areas still unverified), this will undoubtedly be a serious contender in Metro Manila's gaming market. The Casino floors are currently under construction with possible opening in 2011-2012.
Aseana City is committed to becoming a Green City. A nursery was established as a resource to supply Aseana's long term landscaping species needs.
Solaire is the casino development of Bloomberry Investments. As part of Pagcor Entertainment City, Solaire is planned to be integrated resort & gaming complex that includes a five-star, 500-room hotel on a 165,000-square-meter land. The Project broke ground in 2nd quarter 2010 and is currently under construction.
